Some might say our story began in 2022, but we believe it was in the making decades before we ever met. Our families being Cuban, our cousins being friends, Jessica's dad growing up in Michael’s town. These ingredients led our paths to cross on August 20th, 2022. It was an amalgamation of years of fate, a night where two people realized they were perfect for each other.
Jessica didn’t realize it would take moving 1,200 miles away from home to find her perfect match; but moving to New Jersey in 2022 was the greatest decision she could have made because it inadvertently put her on the path to finding Michael.
Michael says he knew Jessica was the one from the moment he saw her walking toward the restaurant that night; Jessica still asks him if that's true. The truth is, he knew there was a feeling people explained but he had never felt until that very moment, and he still feels it today.
On that night, jokes were cracked, bets of who could ski better were made, and our life together began.
More than 3 years later, we’ve become stronger as a unit than we could ever be alone.
We have taken challenges in stride and have matured into two young adults who now invite you to share in the beginning our journey as a family.
